Who doesn’t love to see happy cows, munching on some grass? Especially if you’re a meat eater, and you will eventually be munching on those cows. Traveling the countryside, it’s great to observe that some cows actually get to live as the ruminants they are, versus the grain guzzling antibiotic-filled machines that the USDA has written off as adequate.
